2. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is accepted, we commit to refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable, except in cases of:

    • Receiving the wrong product.

    • Clear manufacturing defects.

  • If the purchase was made using coupons or discounts, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error by PearlGlintKids.

  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service that provides a tracking number.

4. Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Products sold under clearance sales or final sale conditions.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Opened products related to child hygiene (such as underwear or socks).
